Alexander Nevsky - Grand Duke and commander of Ancient Rus. He got his nickname after his victory over the Swedes on the Neva River. By incredible trials, he found the strength to resist the Western invaders and saved the Ancient Rus from total destruction. This bright and optimistic character ends the series, asserting the strength and courage of the Russian army sanctified by divine protection. This is a story of great triumph which dates back to antiquity and continues into the present.
